I apologize for not posting more often.

But I'm actually going to be closing this blog.

A couple reasons are one, I haven't posted on it in over a year. Two, I moved my personal blog from typepad over to blogger within that year, which leads to three; I'm now going to be posting my pictures on my personal blog, which more people follow and watch then this which I never actually had big plans for.

Sad day, I know. Actually, it's not that depressing, seeing as I don't ever do anything with this blog. Anyways, I'm leaving this up for another week so I can reminisce and such.

If you're still interested in my pictures, please take a look over at my blog: artistically me. I really appreciate the watches and comments I've gotten. Please look at my other blog for the pictures. :)

I thought that the video was working, but apparently it's an invalid file, but Blogger never told me. So I'm trying to get it to work as we speak. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I've also deleted the post so it doesn't drive us all insane.

BTW: It's a HUGE file so it might take a while to load. I think it's like 40mb so please be patient when it ever works.

I'm so sorry for the delay. My life is really hectic. So I haven't been able to take a lot of pictures. A couple weeks ago, Sophia (Kate's best friend) modeled for me. We made a DVD for her parents and I'm too lazy to post them all separately so you get the video.

I'm really sorry for the missing video. I'm still not sure it

Please critique. I really need to fix up my skills. A lot of them have effects but that's it. No coloring or anything else.

I've been extremely busy with school lately and I haven't had a ton of time to take pictures.  My goal to finish 8th grade in one semester, seems to be working.  I will take some more pictures and get them up soon, just please be patient! :)

Roses are red

I LOVE photographing flowers.  We had a ton of roses that we wilting and I pulled them all off and piled them up.  Then I messed with the white balance and added some interesting vingettes and blurs.  The result was WONDERFUL!!!

Today I did a shoot with Elizabeth.  We started this morning and went for almost 4 hours!!!  She loved it and had a blast.  I got some nice shots and some very -extremely- blurry shots that I am very ashamed of!!!!!!  :D  I'll only show you the pretty ones!! =].

I was poking around on iPhoto and going through and deleting all of the  pathetic, useless pictures.  I also mastered the art of the retouch  brush!!!  It's pretty hard to make it look realistic.  So here's what I  got!!

Last night, well more like this morning, I couldn't sleep so I decided to do some editing.  I found a ton of really nice pictures that I took a really long time ago.  I did some editing and here's the best ones that Lizard's in.  More to come!

Flowers

When I went on vacation last month I took some flower pictures that I'm just now getting around to editing. A lot of them didn't turn out too well, so I'm only posting the good ones. It was amazing up there. So here's all of the pictures. I guess one of them isn't a flower, but it's close enough! The lighting wasn't the best, but it worked. Or at least, I hope hope it worked!

The Binder's got all the tutorials in the world

I couldn't fall asleep last night and so I decided to go on dA.
And find as many tutorials on photography as I could. I learned a lot and learned how NOT to make a tutorial. If you go there and click on resources and stock images and then tutorials you can click on photography or I think that's what I did. It was 3 in the morning so I'm not so sure if I was right or not. But I learned how to do lighting correctly. I'm also an expret on shooting extreme macro pics and shooting smoke. So now I've got some pretty weird information in my head. Not like I'm ever going to need what I read last night. Ever. Never. Ever.

On the other hand, I have this binder that I put tutorials into that I print. I have sections for portraits, landscapes, inspiration, lighting, and misc. So I'm a very learned person now!! My color printer decided to run out of black ink and so now I can only print on the b&w printer. It's too expensive right now to go and buy more ink, so I'm stuck. It's not that bad since most of the stuff I print can be in b&w, but I do like it to be in color! I'll survive though.

Here's two pictures that I took of my dog, Dakota. He's a Siberian Husky/Malamute mix. In the last picture, I made his color all goofy. So later, I'll post a normal colored picture of him!
